I am designing a digitally controlled Synchronous Buck Converter. I have chosen CSD87352Q5D (NexFET Power Block) as the main and synchronous MOSFET. TMS320F28335 control card will be used as digital controller. Can any one recommend a Gate driver IC for this application. Is LM5101A or LM5113 is suitable gate driver for this application
The Buck Converter specification are as follow.
Vin = 12 V
Vout = 1.5 V
Iload = 15A
