I am using the TPS62233 regulator in a circuit and followed the reference design and recommendations. When watching the output on a scope the voltage is correct and stable except that irregularly the voltage will drop 1v for 1ms duration and then recover to 3v. The drop-off looks like an inverted saw tooth. The only load on the regulator is an MSP430 running a simple loop. This happens a few times a second. I have attached a picture of the trace. 
Any ideas?
