Hi
Our customer found unexpected phenomenon at light load.
There are two sample which is evaluated at light load (Io=0mA).
The one of the sample(#2), the output voltage was 0.92V. The another sample(#1), the output voltage was 0.90V.
The different phenomenon was observed for these two samples at light load. (Vin=12V, Io=0mA)
On the other hand , the output voltage of #2 sample becomes 0.9V when Io is increased to 50mA.
We know that the output accuracy decreases at light load condition as is mentioned on the datasheet.
Why does these sample has big differences? Or please give us any advices to find the reason for this phenomenon.
(conditions)
FSW=low,DEF=low.
