Looking for LED Driver

Hi all.

I am looking for LED Driver.
My customer uses it the following condition.
Vin:5V
Channels:5 (1 straight & 5 parallel)
LED current(typ): 8.5mA/ch
LED Vf: min:2.58V typ:2.8V max:3.16V
Control:PWM or I2C

Please tell me such device.
